I'm starting to feel the excitement inside of me start to come out...the interested couple that came to look at the house have passed the background check and we are scheduled to sign the contract with them on Saturday...YES this Saturday!
Saturday morning we have an appointment with the builder of the home we want to buy or even build from ...and then that same day in the afternoon we will be signing off our townhome.
This is what I've wanted for a few months now, and now that it is almost final I'm kind of sad to leave this townhome but at the same time SO excited to move into our dream home! :) We'll definitely keep everyone updated on what happens. If everything goes well, we will be moved out in August! WOO HOO!
